Development History and Development Trend of Cement Industry

  • 1824: ordinary vertical kiln - annual output of about 2 thousand tons;
  • 1877: dry hollow rotary kiln - an annual output of about 10 thousand tons;
  • 1910: mechanized vertical kiln - annual output of above ten thousand tons;
  • 1928: Lepol kiln- annual output of more than 100 thousand tons;
  • 1950: suspension preheater kiln - annual output of hundreds of thousands of tons, lower thermal consumption;
  • 1971: pre-decomposed kiln- annual output of several million tons, more than 10 thousand tons of daily output, high quality, low heat consumption, less power consumption, beautiful environment, resources have been fully utilized.


Automation: using computers and distributed control technology, greatly improves the control and management

capabilities, and improves production efficiency;

High efficiency and energy saving: so far, the power consumption of the advanced cement enterprises in the world can reach 60kwh/t.ck, and the minimum coal consumption can reach 80kg/t.ck;

The process of constructing whole cement productionlines-we put the raw materials(limestone, clay and iron corrective raw material) used for producing cement, homogenizing and mixed together by scientific proportion, then raw mill grinds them to a suitable size as raw material powder, the raw powders are preheated by a preheaterthen are decomposed in decomposing furnace, then calcined into cement clinker in the rotary kiln by high temperature, adding proper retarderand composite material then grind into powder by cement mill, finally obtain cement production.
